Get set for a spirited fall outing at Hagg Lake! The Haunted 5K Hagg Lake Run/Walk brings Halloween fun to the trails with costumes, surprising pop‑ups, and scenic lakeside views. Run, jog, or stroll along a spooky course where zombies, ghosts, and other characters jump in to keep things lively.
Show up in your favorite costume and enjoy themed scare zones, raffle prizes, and plenty of great photo ops. It’s the perfect event for BOO-season enthusiasts, families, groups, and runners at every level.

Looking for a fun and spooky way to give back? Join us as a volunteer or a sponsor for the Haunted 5K at Hagg Lake! We’re creating themed scare zones along the course and need enthusiastic volunteers who are excited to dress up in costume and bring the frightful fun to life. Whether you love creepy characters, goofy ghouls, or low-key eerie vibes, there’s a perfect spot for you.

Location: Scoggins Valley Park/Hagg Lake, C-Ramp
Registration Fee: $15 per participant. Free for kids 5 years of age and under.
This event is open to all ages (please note, the trail is not stroller-friendly). Family-friendly costumes are encouraged. Every participant in costume will receive a raffle ticket.
